Cameron Elder founded ERentals Exclusive in 2024 after a decade of chasing the same problem across three continents. Every luxury villa marketplace he trusted stopped short of the one question that matters: has anyone actually stayed here.
Based between the South of France and Marrakech, Cameron built ERentals on a single rule. No villa, yacht, or private residence enters the collection unless it has been walked, photographed, and pressure-tested against the standard that owns his own travel decisions. He works directly with the owners and property managers behind each home, then sits in as concierge on every booking to protect the guest experience end to end.
His travel background is not academic. Cameron has spent extended time in Positano, Mykonos, Marrakech, Tulum, Miami, and Cap Ferrat, translating that miles-in-the-country fluency into which properties belong in a serious portfolio and which are dressed-up rentals with a good camera. He knows which Amalfi Coast owners answer the phone at 11pm on a Saturday, which Mykonos villas actually deliver the sunset that the listing promises, and which Marrakech riads offer a real hammam versus a tiled corner.
