A Miami family trip anchors around a waterfront house with a private pool, a dock, and a short ride to South Beach or the design district for the dinners out. The all inclusive resort model does not fit the Miami trip. The family gets more out of a villa buyout with a chef, a boat at the dock, and the ability to skip the eight PM dinner reservation when the kids are ready to eat at six.

The homes in this collection cover the sizes. Villa Grace at fourteen sleeps and Villa Haven at eight sleeps are the mid size family homes with pools and yards. Villa Marya and Villa Lago at fourteen sleeps are the multi generation buyouts with the room separation grandparents ask for. Villa Castro at twelve is the seven bedroom option when the family is joined by another couple. Each home is staffed with a housekeeper and manager and each accepts a chef and childcare add on.

The concierge builds the trip around the family. Airport transfers, a pre stocked grocery order at arrival, a chef for the arrival and departure nights, a family friendly boat afternoon to Nixon Sandbar with a lunch stop, a Key Biscayne or Bal Harbour beach day, and reserved tables at family friendly restaurants (Carbone is not one of them at eight PM, but a lunch at Cipriani or Rusty Pelican works).
