The villa kitchen is used to a program the resort restaurants cannot match, and the Palmeraie estates all have dining rooms and rooftops built for a real evening. The homes in this collection carry the format. Dar Manou at seven bedrooms and Palais Eliah at twelve bedrooms have the largest chef ready kitchens and rooftop dining spaces. Dar Tafza at ten bedrooms and Villa Kemgia at nine are the mid size buyouts with strong evening layouts. Villa Aurea at ten sleeps rounds out the set. Each home is staffed with housekeeping and a manager and each accepts a chef, sous chef, and server team the concierge sources through the top Marrakech kitchens. The chef program is authored on the sourcing call.
