In 2027 the Winter Music Conference returns to the Kimpton EPIC from March 24 to 26 for its 37th edition, with panels, pool parties and showcases, and it runs straight into Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami from March 26 to 28. Tickets for Ultra are already on sale. That is five days on the calendar, three of them festival days, and the group that plans the base early spends the week together instead of in a chain of lobby check-ins. The houses in this collection sleep between sixteen and twenty-two guests, most of them with a private pool and a spa, several with a bathroom for every bedroom, and one with more than one hundred and forty feet of dock frontage on the water. They are in Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Shores and North Miami Beach, and each one is a residential home in a residential street. Why a whole house beats scattered hotel rooms for a crew

A crew coming for the festival alone can land on Thursday or Friday and leave on Monday.
