A Miami bachelorette works when the house is the base and the city is the schedule. Renting a proper waterfront villa gives you the pool day, the sunset on the deck, and the pre before the group heads to LIV or E11EVEN, without paying resort rates for rooms nobody sleeps in. The other half of the trip (the yacht charter to Nixon Beach, the day at Papi Steak, the boutique hotel day pass) works better when you all leave from and return to the same address.

The Miami set here is the widest we hold, and for a reason. The city has enough real waterfront inventory that we can match a group to a house rather than the other way around. Villa Castro and Villa Savant give twelve and fourteen guest crews the room to spread out with a full staff. Villa Lago and Villa Ocean are the mid-size go-to for ten to twelve. Villa Calabassa is the buyout: ten bedrooms on Miami Beach for twenty two, with dock, pool, and enough kitchen for a real chef service.

Miami is also the easiest of the bachelorette cities to run the concierge end on. The airport is fifteen to twenty minutes from most of the collection, the yacht day is a two block walk from the dock at most of these homes, and the club table (LIV, E11EVEN, Story) is a car service the concierge holds while you are still on the pool deck.
