Oceanfront family villa with beach access

Family Villas in Los Cabos

5 private homes in Los Cabos, Mexico
Cabo is a family destination that got its second wind by upgrading the villa product. The all inclusive hotel still exists here, but the trip has quietly shifted toward gated communities like Pedregal and beach residences at Hacienda Beach Club, where a family can put twelve people in one house, keep the kitchen stocked, and hand the day to a captain and a chef instead of a resort schedule.
The homes in this collection cover the range. Hacienda Beach Club 5203 is the resort residence for families who want the beach club and pool complex outside the front door. Casa Margaux and Villa Serena sit in San Jose del Cabo where the tempo is quieter and the town is walkable. Paradiso Perduto and Casa Acantilado are the larger buyouts for the multi generation trip where the grandparents get their own wing and the teens get theirs. Every home is staffed with a housekeeper and manager and every one accepts a chef and a childcare add on that our concierge arranges.
The trip works because Cabo has real weather most of the year, a short flight for the West Coast, a strong boat day at the Arch, and enough sit down restaurants that dinner outside the house is not a project. The villa carries the weight of the trip. The town carries the two nights out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Cabo safe for a family trip?
The tourist corridor between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas is patrolled and secure, and the residential communities we use (Pedregal, Hacienda Beach Club, Puerto Los Cabos) run private security at the gate. The advisory notes concern areas well away from the trip zone.
When should we go with kids?
November through May is the reliable weather window. December and Easter are the peak family weeks and the villas sell out ninety days ahead. Summer is hot with a chance of storms but the rates drop.
What can the concierge arrange for children?
A licensed nanny per shift, cribs and highchairs stocked at arrival, a pre stocked grocery order (Costco or La Comer) sent to the villa the day of arrival, kid friendly menus from the chef, and a fishing charter or Arch boat tour on a family boat rather than a party one.
Beach access at these villas?
Hacienda 5203 is on Medano Beach with direct swimmable access. Villa Serena and Casa Margaux sit above San Jose beaches which are for walking rather than swimming (Pacific current), so a pool at the house does the daily swim and the beach club or the Sea of Cortez side handles the ocean day.
Do we need a car in Cabo?
One SUV or Sprinter through the concierge covers the trip. Airport transfers, a dinner in town, a day at Chileno beach, the boat charter at the marina. Renting is possible but the traffic corridor and parking make a private driver the smoother move.
