Group Retreat Villas in Los Cabos

5 private homes in Los Cabos, Mexico
A Cabo group retreat is a five day format. The West Coast crowd flies in Thursday or Friday, the beach day and boat day anchor Saturday, dinners are staged Friday and Saturday night, and a slow Sunday brings the group home. The villa is not a backdrop for that. It is the room the group actually spends its time in, so the buyout matters more than the beach club affiliation.
The Cabo houses in this collection were selected for a group buyout rather than a family trip. Lucia Noir at eight bedrooms and twenty four sleeps takes the largest crews. Paradiso Perduto and Casa Acantilado work at ten to sixteen with the layout separation the leadership team needs. Villa Serena is the smaller intact buyout when the group is closer to ten. Hacienda 5203 works as an annex for spillover on beach nights. Every home is staffed with a manager who runs the day plan against a chef, a mixologist, and a driver.
The concierge builds the retreat around a real Cabo schedule. Arrival dinner at the house, morning workout on the terrace, sportfishing or the Arch charter for the afternoon, sunset drinks on the pool deck, and a night out at Sunset Monalisa or a private table at Nobu Cabo. The itinerary is booked as one plan the moment the villa confirms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Largest group size a single Cabo villa can host?
Lucia Noir is the largest single home in the set at twenty four sleeps across eight bedrooms. Above that number the concierge pairs a primary villa with an annex property (typically Hacienda 5203 for the beach adjacent overflow).
When do these villas sell out?
The big Cabo weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Presidents Day, spring break, Easter, Cabo Marlin week) sell out six to nine months ahead. Any other week can usually be sourced inside sixty days with the concierge.
Can the concierge arrange the boat and beach club for the group?
Yes. Private yacht charters at the marina (Sunreef, Azimut, or a sportfishing boat depending on the vibe), Chileno Bay or Palmilla for the calm swim day, and reserved tables at Sur Beach House or the Rooftop at Sunset Monalisa. The transfer, boat, and table are locked as one confirmed plan.
What about the arrival dinner?
The house chef handles the first night. A branzino, a tomahawk, a ceviche station on the pool deck, or a full local tasting depending on the group. Locking the chef with the villa hold means the group lands, eats, and does not touch a restaurant until day two.
Airport transfers for the group?
SJD is a short thirty to forty minute drive to Pedregal, San Jose, or Hacienda Beach Club. The concierge stages Suburbans and Sprinters at the arrivals hall for the group and repeats the run for departures. Never take the taxi rank from arrivals.
