Group Retreat Villas in Los Cabos
Private staffed Cabo villas for a group retreat. Ocean view buyouts, chef, boat day, and a plan the concierge runs. Real inventory in Pedregal and San Jose.
Location: Los Cabos, Mexico
A Cabo group retreat is a five day format. The West Coast crowd flies in Thursday or Friday, the beach day and boat day anchor Saturday, dinners are staged Friday and Saturday night, and a slow Sunday brings the group home. The villa is not a backdrop for that. It is the room the group actually spends its time in, so the buyout matters more than the beach club affiliation. The Cabo houses in this collection were selected for a group buyout rather than a family trip. Lucia Noir at eight bedrooms and twenty four sleeps takes the largest crews. Paradiso Perduto and Casa Acantilado work at ten to sixteen with the layout separation the leadership team needs. Villa Serena is the smaller intact buyout when the group is closer to ten. Hacienda 5203 works as an annex for spillover on beach nights. Every home is staffed with a manager who runs the day plan against a chef, a mixologist, and a driver. The concierge builds the retreat around a real Cabo schedule. Arrival dinner at the house, morning workout on the terrace, sportfishing or the Arch charter for the afternoon, sunset drinks on the pool deck, and a night out at Sunset Monalisa or a private table at Nobu Cabo. The itinerary is booked as one plan the moment the villa confirms.
