A Mykonos group retreat only works if the house holds the whole group and still gives each person a room they can actually retreat into. That balance is rare. Most Cycladic villas either scale up by cramming beds into shared spaces or scale down by hiding half the group in secondary structures with the wrong light. The homes in this set were chosen because they hold twelve to twenty four people at real bedroom counts, with proper bathrooms, and with enough shared living space that a group dinner is not staged in a hallway.

Villa Lavan is the ten bedroom flagship for the twenty guest retreat. Villa Iman scales to twelve bedrooms and twenty four guests. Villa Moana holds eighteen in nine bedrooms. Villa Nerine and Villa Renea round out the set at fourteen and thirteen guest homes for tighter cohorts. All of them include a private pool, a full villa staff, and a kitchen a chef can actually cook out of for the group.

Retreat logistics on the island are our concierge specialty. Ferry or fly-in coordination for the group, a Sprinter or two Sprinters at arrival, a private chef and mixologist for the shared meals, a boat day with a captain who understands how a corporate retreat day differs from a leisure one, and a beach club table for the release night.
