Does the villa work as a working space for the team?
Yes. Every home in this set carries a covered terrace or a courtyard that seats the full group for a working session. The concierge brings in AV (projector, mic, wifi failover) so the day one demo does not depend on the base villa wifi.
How large a team can we host in one villa?
Thirteen to twenty four guests in one estate. For thirty plus, we book two adjacent villas and treat them as a paired offsite campus, which is the most common shape at scale.
When should we book the offsite for peak season?
Ten to twelve months out for June through August. Shoulder weeks in May, September, and October can be sourced inside six months and often produce a better offsite (fewer distractions, better weather at the terrace).
Can you handle the finance and paperwork for a corporate booking?
Yes. Invoicing in USD or EUR, wire terms, W9 or W8, and a proper contract with your legal team are standard. Most of our corporate offsite clients close the paperwork in a week.
What does the typical offsite week look like at the villa?
