How large a wedding can a Cabo villa host?
The villa itself hosts the wedding party overnight (typically twenty to thirty). The ceremony and reception scale up to a hundred and twenty on the largest ocean view terraces (Paradiso Perduto and Casa Acantilado). Above that a paired venue delivers the reception while the villa runs the party.
Legal or symbolic ceremony?
Most couples marry legally at home and stage a symbolic ceremony in Cabo with a bilingual officiant. A civil Mexican wedding is possible but requires a residency window and paperwork that most planners advise against unless the couple has time for it.
Season and rate weeks?
October through May is the outdoor wedding window with December through March at the highest demand. June through September is hot and hurricane risk, and rates soften but the outdoor plan is less reliable.
Can the concierge pair us with a planner?
Yes. Cabo has a small handful of planners who deliver on the day and our concierge introduces you to the two or three who suit the group. The villa hold and planner introduction happen on the same call.
Guest lodging beyond the wedding party?
